RPC-1 is a competition for individuals derived from the team competition REPIKO. It is a multi-stage rapid-fire match that combines precision target shooting with dynamic shooting at reactive steel targets (steel plates). The performance is evaluated as the difference between the score on the paper target and the total time required to neutralize all gongs.
The competition was established in 2019, originally as a club-level match under the name REPIJED (REPIKO for individuals). Its main promoter and ambassador at the time was leading shooter and Union member Pavol Jurkáček.
Over time, the competition gained wider popularity and, starting from the 2022 season, it was included in the official SZVvZ competition calendar as an official Union competition concluded with the Slovak Championship.
RPC-1 competitions are divided into divisions based on the type of handgun used.
This division uses standard pistols with no muzzle devices or optical sights, with a barrel length of up to 6".
This division is intended for standard revolvers with a barrel length of up to 6". Optical sights and muzzle devices are not permitted.
Pistol Caliber Carbines have their own division. Optical sights and muzzle devices are permitted in this division.
A division for shooters who use pistols equipped with optical sights. Muzzle devices are not permitted.
The competition consists of multiple qualification rounds and is concluded with the Slovak Championship in the RPC-1 competition for individuals. The event is governed by rules approved by the central authorities of the federation.

Yes. Non-members may participate in RPC-1 individual shooting competitions. Naturally, members enjoy more favorable conditions, i.e., lower entry fees.
Yes. Currently, it is possible to compete in multiple divisions. Competitors must register properly in advance according to the event details and report which divisions they will compete in.
Yes. Pistol conversions are allowed. However, they must comply with all rules for firearms used in the PCC division. For example, they may not be used without a shoulder stock.
No. At the moment, there is no rule limiting the ammunition power factor. However, its introduction is being considered for safety reasons in the future.
There is no limit on the number of magazines. The competitor chooses the required capacity based on their expected shooting performance. The general rule is: better to have more than not enough.
A selection of the most significant events organized in the current calendar year. These are mostly nationwide or international events, open also to non-members of the Association.
