REPICO is an attractive team competition discipline that combines elements of dynamic and technical shooting sports. It belongs to the group of rapid-fire shooting disciplines. Its name is an acronym of three words that reveal its essence – REvolver, PIstol, COllective. It is a competition of three-member teams where accuracy on paper targets and speed on steel targets (poppers, falling targets) determine the result.
It is one of the newer competition disciplines included in the SZVvZ calendar. Its “country of origin” is listed as the Czech Republic. It was adopted from our Czech neighbors and included as an official competition discipline for the first time in 2016. A year later, the inaugural season of qualifying matches was held, culminating in unofficial Slovak Championships.
The popularity of this competition lies mainly in the fact that it is a team discipline where coordination and cooperation between team members play a crucial role.

Yes, non-members of the association can participate in REPICO competitions in the OPEN category, which also includes mixed teams composed of members from different reserve soldier clubs.
No. In REPIKO competitions, only firearms with fixed or adjustable iron sights may be used. If you want to compete with a handgun equipped with a red-dot sight, have a look at the RPC-1 individual competition.
Yes. In REPICO competitions, a fourth member may be listed on the team roster, who can replace any team member at any time.
Large-caliber pistols and revolvers from 7.62 mm to 11.43 mm are allowed. The competitor may use any suitable ammunition for the firearm except prohibited ammunition and MAGNUM ammunition.
